Udaykiran, whose career as a hero in the Telugu film industry has almost reached a dead end, has signed a film after a long gap. His latest film ‘Abaddam’ produced by actor Prakash Raj and directed by eminent director K.Balachander is yet to see the light of the day. In the meanwhile, when producer Vakada Anjan Kumar came to him with a good subject, he gave his assent for the project and the film will be produced on the banner Sri Ramalayam. The producer Vakada Anjan Kumar had earlier produced the film ‘Mogudu Pellam O Dongadu’, starring Raja, Shreya and Brahmanandam in the lead roles.

The launch of the film will be in the month of September. Director of the film is Samudra, who is presently directing the Rajasekhar starrer ‘Evadaithe Nakenti’. Music of the film is by Mani Sharma.

Producer Vakada Anjan Kumar shot into fame when he dubbed the Rajinikanth and Nagma starrer ‘Basha’, into Telugu. The huge success of the film has helped him in turning into a full-blown producer with the film ‘Mogudu Pellam Oo Dongodu’.
